I feel as though I gained a lot out of therapy, I went in believing I had been coping perfectly well only to realize I had needed support for a long time. I found Jess to be calming and understanding. I’m the kind of person that puts walls up to people, but I found I was so comfortable within her space that opening up about things I had never even said aloud was almost the easiest thing I had done to date. Jess is a very attentive counsellor and an excellent active listener. – Caitlin
