Mental health and relationship issues can wreak havoc on our minds and bodies. We understand the deep pain and suffering that can occur internally, while also having to brave the world. One of my aims in counselling is to create a safe space for you to share this hurt, with an aim to heal and reconnect you to yourself and your loved ones. 

Healing Trauma 

Traumatic experiences leave us deeply wounded. They can impact the very framework we live by, even if this isn’t helpful for us. The counselling practice understands the impact of trauma on our mind and body. This is why Jessica is trauma-informed in her practice and aims to help you connect and heal your hurt. 

Calm Body & Mind

Our minds can go at a hundred miles an hour trying to manage the day’s workload, life, and relationship stressors. This counselling practice understands the need for us to rest, relax and connect back to what drives us, what gives us passion, and what we need in order to thrive in this world. 

Your Home

Sometimes we take our hurt out on ourselves and others around us. When we don’t know how to manage, we lash inward, or outward. Counselling understands this feeling and aims to help connect you back to what heals you; recreating safety in your mind and body.

Meet Jess

As part of my practice, I am a strong believer in moving toward connection and healing, and away from shame and disconnection. 

As your therapist, I aim to provide a safe, non-judgemental space where you can explore areas of your life that trouble you. I also understand the strength it takes to enter therapy, and completely respect the pace you need to open up and share those deeper hurts that have impacted you along the way.
